I just spent 1500 bucks on this system, I download the app. the app has a warning that it wont work on a Samsung s21+ ultra. I tried anyways worked the first time. the second time the app immediately closed and when I tried again it said their is a bug. and try again after lorex fixes the issue. this is the app they send in the box for the exact device bought. lorex is basically zosi minus the savings. both are cheap products. lorex is 3x times the cost of zosi with the same exact problems

My 5 stars removed. As soon as I wrote a review about how I didn't understand why other people were having issues with this app (cuz it has worked perfect for me for 5 years)I went to open my app to look up a theft that happened a couple hours prior. it begins to open and immediately closed with a pop-up that says *the app has a bug! Uninstall and reinstall the app again!* my daughter changed password cuz she was mad at me. Been using phone to control dvr. I'll have to reset regardless. mad

Have 16 - 16 channel units that have been working good for the past 6 years with just a few cameras go out. My issue isn't with the product, it's the Cloud app. Not only has it changed a couple times since I bought them, it still crashes. Need to purchase more units but would have to be on a different app. Would be nice to have an app that's backwards compatible and not all these different apps for different units.
