When clients upload multiple documents they all end up being duplicates. Happened for both of the first 2 clients so far. Cannot continue using the service when it affects my clients in this way.

Can't attach documents. Must be pictures. So i need to download a PDF, make a screenshot and upload a screenshot which would obviously get rejected.
