Floorwatch is the first app for shoppers to hail a store associate for help during a store visit. In addition, the app also allows customers to give feedback to the management team, just like a mystery shopper — with comments, suggestions and ratings for each visit.

Whenever Floorwatch is used, the app is aware of the device location. It verify users are within a store (geofence) before activating controls to communicate with the store. At long last, finding help in store is as simple as pressing a button! And sending feedback to management requires only a store visit — no purchase necessary. No more complicated codes at the bottom of a paper receipt to capture “voice of customer.” Best of all, Floorwatch is always free to shoppers!

Basic store features are free for business owners. Basic store features include: Rate This Visit, which turns every guest into a mystery shopper; Call for Help, which rings the service desk in store when help is requested; and dashboard access to add stores and view reports. Basic features work today at most large retail chains. Floorwatch is currently “live” at over 50,000 locations and 100+ top retailers.

There is no special hardware to buy or custom software to install. Our patent-pending technology is all in the cloud; and takes just a moment to create and manage geofenced locations. Access to real-time reports is available within an easy-to-use web dashboard. With this basic plan, companies can measure stores for customer satisfaction.

Providing access for team members is offered to businesses on a 30 day trial, after which it remains available with a modest monthly subscription per store. With a store’s subscription, companies can measure customer satisfaction at the store and associate level; and can also view every customer interaction in downloadable reports.

When team members then sign in at the store, each request from a store visitor (Flare for Help) sends a notification to these team members via the app. Each “flare” is a message from a present store visitor along with their profile, their request and their location in store.

The first team member to respond to a customer via the Floorwatch app (e.g., “I’m on my way,”) is then assigned that flare. A visual countdown then displays on each device, with an anticipated wait time. When the countdown expires, the customer is prompted for their feedback on the store visit. All this activity is captured into real-time reports — made available to management via company dashboard.
