This app is pathetic. Too slow and constant problems. If your card is locked, you won't be able to unlock after a certain time. It will kick you out frequently and you have to enter your login info again. Keep cash on hand because this app will give you problems, especially when you need to lock/unlock it. This app is just a slow as the bank too & they really need to put where we can see our credit limit back so we don't have to log into the website.

The app is mostly great. It runs well & the "preview" of my accounts before fully signing in is nice & works well (I've had other banking apps where the preview just NEVER seemed to work and I would always have to sign in) However, there are small things I wish were different with the app. -I wish the BANK (and therefore the app) utilized Zelle -Many of the settings cannot be changed from the FCU app (must be done from the online platform) such as autopay changes, payment changes, and more.

I can't even login in. I don't have a username and there is no button to create one. When I try to use forgot username, the birthday selection will not work. Update: The app works. I'm just upset that I had to go to the bank for them to get me login into the system. I'm glad it works, but this whole update was a major inconvenience. Especially having to go to the atm just to check my balance before it worked.
