The app is mostly great. It runs well & the "preview" of my accounts before fully signing in is nice & works well (I've had other banking apps where the preview just NEVER seemed to work and I would always have to sign in) However, there are small things I wish were different with the app. -I wish the BANK (and therefore the app) utilized Zelle -Many of the settings cannot be changed from the FCU app (must be done from the online platform) such as autopay changes, payment changes, and more.

Terrible, it offered 2 phone numbers to authenticate, neither one was mine, and no way to edit it. Not a good start. Finally got a new password after several attempts, using focus criteria, went to log in, and had to go through the whole process again. Also no option for finger print log on. Wheres the new icon? The old one continues to tell you to download the new app. Did noone test run this before it was released? Very frustrating.give me back the old one. If it ain't broke, dont fix it.!!!

The app works fine, and the UI has gotten better over time. I am giving the app three stars because it seems that the mobile deposit portion of the app goes down fairly often due to "regularly scheduled maintenance". It has been down now the past two days. Maybe a warning should be given on the app stating what date all or a certain portion of it will be going down due to maintenance.
