Horrible! This is the most ugly basic app I've ever seen! Toggles don't work. There's no zelle feature. No where to connect our other bank accounts like there used to be. The billpay feature showed up late. We get 0 communication about how to even log in the new account. I had to drive allll the way to the actual bank for help. I think this was a poor decision to stop everything and change it all.

Definitely lacking in the features the older app had. most of my purchases now just have a "normal" statement vs. withdrawal location ie. the establishment I made a purchase. So now keeping track of purchases is that much harder. Definitely like to see where my withdrawals happen incase my card ever gets compromised because just "normal" and some confirmation code is not helpful at all for that. Also no zelle feature or payment alerts. this is definitely a down grade from older app

Terrible update. I use Zelle a lot, and now that feature is gone. God only knows how long it will take to come back. I don’t have time to go to the bank or ATM to withdraw money and then deposit it into a different bank. On top of that, the accounts aren’t even labeled, they’re just a bunch of numbers, which makes everything very confusing. Whoever created this update did a terrible job. It feels like they made things much harder instead of easier.
