Sincerely awful app. Push notifications don't work (this is a CRITICAL bug), links in the app lead to 404 pages, alerts can't be set up to send to multiple emails, sensors don't update for hours sometimes, refreshing the page doesn't update data, the list goes on and on. One of the more frustrating apps I've ever used.

EDIT: I contacted Moen. Given hard reset instructions and it worked. Back to learning mode. We'll see how it goes next. My insurance recommended this product as I would receive a discount. I felt it offered great peace of mind. In fact, on another older home I was purchasing, my insurer wouldn't issue protection unless this device was installed. I had zero issues the first month I had it. Paired easily, Gave me precise readings and notifications. Suddenly 01/03/25 it stopped measuring anything

Push notifications do not work?? I used to get them but they stopped. I have permissions for this app enabled on my phone, and have used the app recently, but still don't get the notifications I should. It defeats the purpose of a water monitoring app. Also, I can't batch edit devices. So if I want to enable SMS notifications for all my devices (since push notifications don't work!), I have to do that individually for each device, which is really annoying.
