Works ok, but the UX is not as good as the competition. And, I bet CA devs don't use it themselves. If they did, more multi year old bugs would get fixed. Like new, ghost notifications for messages you read last week on the desktop client. Or multiple notifications for the same message. Or how about the one where you try to post and it says it can't, then you restart the app to find that it really did post, several times - that one's my favorite.

Kinda works, but has so, so many papercuts. Clicking notifications of messages more often than not will fail to open the relevant thread. Going anywhere (like clicking a link) from the app will lose your position in the thread making catching up a chore. Impossible to send links to other programs, either via sharing or even copying to clipboard. The only way is to open in browser and share from there. And it's impossible to open many links, as the latest will replace the older tabs. And so on.

App serves its purpose but especially the usability could be improved quite a bit. With a recent update the persistent notification dots bug has been less annoying but still occasionally the dots won't disappear after reading the message. The update introduced a new annoying "Whats new dialog" that needs to be closed every time after logging in. Some of us use the app only for work and don't want it running in the background after work. Some suggestions for improving the usability: - font size setting - setting to choose the notification sound (for example to make it more discreet for office) - dark theme option like on most other apps used on a daily basis - add an emoji picker instead of having to remember the codes by heart or scroll them I a huge list - remember the consent to not send data after logging out - remember when a "What's new" notification has been closed even after logging out (many people using the same phone/app for Flowdock doesn't sound very realistic so it could be stored on the phone)

What's new

We are updating the app to make your experience better. This release includes bug fixes and stability improvements.
Bug Fixes:
• Mobile notifications would now understand if the messages have been read on any other device/platform. App would now keep a track of your unread messages.
• Fixed # tags related defects.
