LSCL is launching it's '(WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM) MOBILE APPLICATION' for the Line Departments of Lucknow Municipal Corporation Operations: Sanitary Department, Health Department, Engineering Department, Revenue Department, etc.
This app is designed for use of Officers in Lucknow Municipal Corporation.
LNN-PGRS ensures that electronic services are available to LMC officers via mobile technologies using devices.
Module basic Key features:-
I) My Tickets: Employers can track his/her assigned grievances in real-time basis. It serves a platform to lodge grievances and to monitor them.
II) Pending Tickets: List of pending grievances to be resolved by employee is available under pending tickets category.
III) Dashboard: A dashboard is to monitor the activities after login.
IV) Status Update: Field staff can update the status of grievances at field by updating the comments including the image.
V) Notifications: Employers will be notified with automated SMS and Emails when a New Grievance assigned and on every update of grievance.
