I had installed kesco application as having trouble in logging in on my laptop. Contacting help number advised to install on mobile.i did and everything was fine. But after shifting on new Android mobile, I had to reinstall the kesco application. Since then, I am trying to login with my credentials but it is not accepting, saying wrong pw or login name. It's irritating. Please help.
The new update is pathetic.. First it ia not giving the update bill information and second i am trying to add another account but get an error that the user account is already registered and it doea not allow me to add my shop and house account together however i was able to acces both of them together in the previous version. Also on calling customer care it says invalid no. Check the no. You had dialled... Worst update
Worst app... Made a payment though debit card Balance deducted but payment is still showing due.. Now i am stuck.. what to do??
Worst update. Not logging in, forgot password dosent. It is not accepting my working id and password. Why would u bring such disastrous update
in firsttime use its good but after updating app sow invalid user id & password and dont work fprget p/w and new shign in replied user is already login...pls work with this app...if its work properly this is a useful app.....realy this app is too good.All things happened because of i was putting wrong password this is my mistake.
After update not working and show invalid id or password and not recover from forgot password and I will try customer care they are not responding and call cuts from their side after waiting more than 10 miniut.what can I do?
