We finally generate and display your boarding passes.

The app = nonsense. The airline itself = worde than the app. The flight schedules are erratic. The least delay you will have is 3 hours. And that's when all the stars are aligned for you. Otherwise regular delays range from 4hrs to forever. Staff are clueless and slow, baggage handling is inexistent... Some road trips are a billion times better!

This app needs serious maintenance as it is generally slow. I was eventually able to navigate to my bookings but any attempt to view bookings or manage it leads to blank page. This is now the 3rd week of trying even after a call with the help desk. In desperation I went online and attempted add an extra luggage to my booking and was made with error messages but only to discover that my account has been debited twice. please 🙏 fix this app for a better passenger experience.

Nah, downloaded the app, made a booking using it, and made a payment for the booking. For 3 days now it keeps saying no itinerary found for the booking, and to worsen matters, all the contacts put on the site are not reachable. Not cool at all, why put features that don't work on the app? Could really be better, but for this, I ll say a 1 star till my issue is resolved.
