Tried to book for 6 people, filling all the required info, I'm at the last name and I get "time over" message and page closes on me, so I have to do it all over again. I add a flight date to get rates then find another date on the ticket, happened a few times in one booking. I registered for their Nasmiles program and when I tried to add my number to my booking, it tells me that the system does not recognize the number or the email even though I got confirmation of the number on said mail.

Had a very bad experience with this airlines.I lost my phone in the aircraft on my flight from jeddah to riyadh .I tried calling flynas many times but all they did, was to give me a new customer care no. which was never answered . I tried to contact through watsapp and email but in vain.We went to the airport as well but the representative had no idea as how to guide us.The only thing we wanted to know that if they found any phone or not , but no one is ready to help. Very disappointing services

Just a garbage app like all other middle eastern apps that can't find my booking, horrible UI, no customer support, full of bugs. Middle Eastern companies have lowest standards.
