Superior features than its counterparts Favourite features: Consolidation of multiple links into a single bubble with a badge showing total number of bubbles, ability to change the size of the bubble, ability to open the app corresponding to the URL, reader view mode is quite clean and fast with the original page only a click away. **Missing features**: 1. search function in a bubble. I always have to switch to backup browser just to look for some text. 2. Setting to choose either reading mode or original page as default mode.
Brilliant Just love this app. Now I can open links without having to leave the application I'm already in. Good easy to understand instructions on how to set it up on xiaomi devices. Just brilliant. There is lag though on android 5.0.2 Cyanogen devices and so cutting one star but otherwise I love this. Please fix the lag on lollipop 64 bit. Update(28.12.15): everything fine now so updated to 5 stars.
Really good - but It's a good app that allows you to read links in a floating browser. Not had any problems. Very simple and well made. However, one thing I've noticed about this app is it doesn't have a system shortcut to launch a blank page, would be nice if you could add that, then I could set it as a shortcut on my navigation ring when I'm using other apps
Great Browser Overlay I think the Flynx team has done a great job of pursuing their goal, however I see a but of room for improvement. I would really appreciate a button on the Flynx bar to open in Chrome without having to open the menu first. Or perhaps when dragging the bubble down to close the page, you could also drag up to another slot to open in Chrome. This would make it a lot more efficient to read in a full browser without fiddling around in menus. Looking forward to the future of this app. :)
Great, but needs some more features (1) Sharing to Pocket can be made easier by integrating it with the built-in save feature or adding an optional button for it. (2) Closing tabs can be improved. (3) Needs a couple of options to hide bubbles and/or header panel while scrolling down. (4) Most important: needs an option to reopen all bubbles from last session. It does not always give an option to restore bubbles from last session after a crash. (5) selecting text and then tapping on the selected text causes the app to crash.
I love the innovation this app brings. Too many times I've caught myself thinking "Oh, a link. I don't really want to tap on this because I don't want to interrupt what I'm doing." This app intelligently and quickly fixes this issue. I think using the floating feature in Android to utilize a floating browser that doesn't kill performance is great. My only gripe is that you can't browse to other pages from within.
