Editing my review after a few months of usage. This app is wholly inadequate and a far cry from the old HK Taxi app. It does not offer credit card payments that you can set up, the only electronic payments are Octopus and Payme with no guarantee the driver will accept until you get into the cat. So you essentially have to have cash with you just in case. Also, Payme or Octopus are no use to tourists.

Poor UX. the tracking of the cars barely updates, you have no idea where your taxi is. Directions are so bad, taxi always calling to try to know where I am.

I was so so disappointed on the app, you need to be careful on its options... So many traps and all are protecting the drivers. I call the taxis in the airport and I request one more stop after I get on the taxis, but first of all I didn't know the app has this option, that smart driver didn't warn me will pay full price on my request. If I need to pay full price, I sure I will cancel my request and go to the taxis stand. This is last time using this app, bye.
