I’M GOING TO BE MENTORED BY CHEF ALEX HIMSELF!

That’s right, the internationally handsome - I mean, famous - Chef Alex chose ME to be his apprentice! To think, a year ago I was lucky to get a job as an official “wiener steamer” for my town’s annual hot dog eating cooking games contest (to be fair, the last three winners had their wieners steamed by yours truly).
