Ratings and reviews

Worth every dollar for the premium subscription, especially for those with Celiacs. I have used this app both when finding safe restaurants nearby and when traveling overseas. The app is easy to use with many features. The only thing I wish it had is a way to mark restaurants as a "maybe" without adding it to a collection, though the collections are easy enough to manage. Customer service is quick to review and approve edits and new locations.

I don't find the app very user friendly. the search feature when I go to a different town is difficult for me. I'm not a techie so maybe it's my brain but I've tried several times in several different locations and I always have a problem entering where I want it to search. Otherwise, when I go back to home city, it does pull up many options. I just wish more people would provide reviews.

In my area the listings are being used like normal ads. People say what the general restaurant theme is or general menu items, with nothing to do with gluten free. Like "This is a great burger and fry place with chicken strips, try it. You'll love it!" I thought it would say or list specifics like maybe a photo of their gluten free menu or menu notations. Or "they only have a shared fryer." I can "try" anywhere and "just ask" so app is deleted.
