Often locks up/freezes or kicks me off for no reason like a timeout. I like the mobile deposit part but you have to wait several hours to several days for a separate email indicating if the deposit was accepted/ validated. It would be more efficient and helpful to get a notification in the app is there was a problem.

App no longer works and hasn't for some time - it simply closes after entering login info. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. I called and they said it works on their end so they can't do anything and to use the website. Very annoying - it used to be such a great app.

Still cannot use this app. It's been over a month now. Nothing works. Can't log in, and I don't have the fingerprint turned on. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. So instead of having the convenience of mobile deposit for a small check I have to go out in -10 weather to make the deposit. I hope this gets fixed soon.
