I love having the banking app so I can instantly access my accounts and loans. It's extremely easy to use, very convenient to be able to pay on my loans, transfer funds, check my account activity, and so much more from anywhere I am. Love having this app! Would definitely recommend having it for convenient use on the go from anywhere . I rarely have any issues with the app, and if the server is ever down, they are quick to get it fixed.

absolutely horrible experience trying to login in, locked my account and no one at any branch can help me with my online banking.

I have used this bank and app for years, it would seem when the name change was in process the app is glitched all the time. I had never had to uninstall and reinstall before the change. Since the name change, I cant even tell you how many times it doesn't work and I have to uninstall, reboot my phone and reinstall. Very aggravating, I have also called and been told nothing is wrong, obviously somethings wrong, please fix it.
