Huge help in staying focused & powering through my to-do list. Lets me work in some pretty chaotic environments. Gifted a subscription to an ADHD college kid & it helped him deal with similar challenges. App occasionally stops playing & I wish they had an offline mode. But other than that, I have only praise.
Like many others have said, the concept is great, but the app sucks. It stops playing after only a song or two, which totally defeats its purpose of helping you focus. I accidentally let my subscription renew for another year, but I wish I hadn't.
I love the focus@will service and the Web player works great. Unfortunately the phone app is completely useless, it times out after one song, if you it plays at all. No player control on lock screen. The dev should pull the app until it actually works. This is not even alpha functionality
I really wanted to throw my money at their lifetime subscription sale going on right now. Because the concept works. But unfortunately as other reviewers have pointed out, the app is barely functional. If they ever fix it, I'd gladly be a customer, but until then, stay away.
I love the focus@will music, but this app is a horrible piece of software. The UI is sluggish, it crashes, it hangs a lot. There is so much potential here!! I hope they fix it.
Another year and still not using the proper APIs. What a joke. Hire some developers. Music cuts out. You can't pause. No notification control. Cheap app, we'd be better off without it but they redirect from the website.
