I've been using Folded for several months now and the App works great and it couldn't be more convenient or easy to use. I haven't done my own laundry or schlepped a bag of clothes down the street since and haven't looked back! Quality has been top-notch since Day 1 and customer service has always been on-point, to say the least. Pricing is very fair- "cheap" in my eyes for New York City.

I work long hours and don't really have time to do laundry most days. I spend the weekends exercising, relaxing and hanging out with friends etc.; never really liked doing laundry. Folded is great for me! I get a pick up most Sundays as I'm winding down and get it back the next morning early before heading into work. Perfect for my schedule, and really good for taking care of the hassle. Good job!
