Ratings and reviews

I love love love e.l.f. and the homepage shows all the great deals going on, but the app is glitchy. There are ways to score extra points, but most of them don't work. There was a promo going for icon level squad members to try on a product virtually, but it would not let me do it. I am unable to complete my beauty profile. On the last question, I can't select or submit my answers. At times the app doesn't show your discounts until after you pay so it's always fingers crossed.

it's okay. when it works. it's glitchy and loads really slow, but once it gets going. it's great for browsing and creating a wishlist... BUT. the app doesn't allow me to add things to my cart, not matter how many times I try. cart remains empty and upon clicking continue shopping it just tries to get my permission for virtual try ons. if I can't use your app to buy your products, it's kinda pointless. please fix.

The app looks great. It operates slow though & it keeps glitching & then asking if I'm a human because it keeps glitching. It's getting super annoying super quickly. It def needs an update. Also, one of the glitches it is signing me out & clicking the sign in button repeatedly. I swear! The app could be a great one, but they need to fix all the glitches to make it functional.
