I have been a frequent flier since the app launched. I loved having a local food delivery service. However, I experienced a deal breaker. When I called customer service to have a messed up order re-delivered the Owner would not respond to the tech about authorizing a re-delivery. I was on hold until after the restaurant closed at which point I requested a refund. Owner wouldn't respond authorizing that either. I was on the phone for half an hour and hung up with no resolution.

It was great before the update. Since the update there have been issues and glitches. There was another update announced and now I can't seem to get the new version. I've tried typing it in how I eas told and still get the version from before. Guess im S. O. L. For now and won't be able to use the app. Hopefully this is fixed and I'll be able to use it again, but who knows when.

I have tried to order using food fetched 4 times now and every single time, I wait for my food for an hour and a half just for them to tell me (a half hour after my food was expected to arrive) that they are cancelling the order with no reason given. Use any other app besides this one. I'd give it zero stars if I could
