Worst service ever. The driver completed ride without giving ride. We also charged for that and then driver or customer service are not picking phone. This happens twice with me. I think you should close your business if you are not able to fulfill your promise to the customers. I am deleting this app and telling my friends to delete this app asap. Thank you

Very misleading, none of the restaurants are open, they say their going to be open but the second they open their "busy" and the fees are almost the same as the price of your order if not more.

The service was good but the app itself is full of bugs. Canceled my order twice in a row after payments were deducted and there was no way to reverse my order. Had to manually adding each item back and re-place a third one when I'm starving already. Have no idea whether I will get refunded for the deduction either. Took me almost 1 hour from first ordering to when the order finally went through, then the long wait to get my food.....
