App. is great for saving points for each dollar you spend. You can redeem for instant food items or other things offered. But right now app. is not working their system has been causing problems and customers can't access their account or their saved points. Foodland has been working on this problem for days now. So keep checking your app. to see if your points or app. starts to work. Also save your store receipts so you can take your receipts to the store to get your points, no code shows .

App works fine for me, but there are a couple of improvements in functionality that I hope can be included in the future to make it more useful: 1. There is a barcode scanning function already on the app, so why not allow a scan & go feature like Sam's Club? No more waiting in line to pay for your groceries during in-store visits. 2. I'd really like to see a feature that allows members to do in-app purchases instead of having to go into a separate web browser for delivery or curbside orders.

Useless functionality compared to other grocery store apps. Can't redeem Maika'i points, need to do so only at checkout. But a lot of the times, the cashier never reminds me that I have enough points to redeem. So I lose out on time sensitive rewards. If I want to redeem, I'll have to go back and make another purchase. A big problem if you realize this as you're unpacking your groceries at home.
