Love the idea and technology, struggling with the app. My device had some issues for the first couple of weeks. I honestly really wanted to send it back. But we were able to get it up and running. I've been using it for the last few days. The app is somehow easy and difficult to use. Barcode scanner doesnt work. I think the food portion really needs to be updated. I can never find the foods that I'm eating, not even simple ones. The ability to change measurements and whatnot is difficult.

Amazing tech bad app It's incredibly cool to be able to measure these things on the fly with technology but as is so often the case this is a hardware company and their software is awful. I can't imagine why they didn't just hire a better software development team except that they probably think the hardware is the only important. The user experience downright sucks. You can't edit the details of an entry and when you try to add a new type of food it doesn't give you any reasonable options.

I like the way that the app looks, and the flexibility with custom entries for tracking food and symptoms. I'd love to see another view for an individual day, such an agenda style list of all of the events that day. As it is, the text gets cut off after just a few characters, even though it's pretty small. I had a bit of trouble getting past the "warming up" step to take my first breath when I first paired it, but restarting the app helped.

Hi Nikki, thanks for the feedback! We're about to launch a big app update, should be early next week. Your idea around the agenda style list sounds great and maybe is a bit like one of the ideas we're developing at the moment. We've lot of updates on the way over the next few months, so I hope you like you them!
