With the formation of FSSAI in 2006 which lead to notification of FSSAI Rules and Regulations in 2011, the industry has come a long way. More food establishments are now aware of the hazards of the food industry (next only to Pharma) but a shortage of expertise continues to exist. We now work with establishments big and small across India and Southeast Asian countries to help them implement systems and processes for an effective Food Safety Management System.
