App told me it was ready for pickup and it wasn't at all. I had checked in through the app, but still had to go inside to figure out what was happening with my food. Why have tracking if it's not accurate? Also, add a back button or another cart option. It was frustrating hitting back to look at the previous page and it went to the main screen again. All I wanted to do was go to the cart.

I've used this app for a long time. Takes a while to get used to its quirks, but overall ok. Recently though, I've been having issues where it won't allow me to customize pizza toppings. I like a Works pizza plus black olives, but I have to ask for them in the comments. Changing the toppings is even offered as an option!

Menu is easy to navigate and place orders. My only complaint is that once the order is placed and I start tracking it, after a few minutes I get a "session expired" message, and can no longer track my order, would like the session to last until I receive my delivery.
