A service & App that delivers mobile Beauty, Hair & Massage treatments to customers at home or at a venue of their choice. Book your next beauty service on our convenient app. We deliver luxurious treatments at the touch of a button. Features of the App include: Registration & login process through email address or facebook. A link to privacy policy & terms & conditions & a tick acknowledgement by the customer that they have read these terms before they register as a customer. A unique customer profile with basic customer contact information of an email & phone number & an optional profile picture & optional location. A home page with a layout of beauty, massage & hair categories to choose from. Once a category is selected, there are a list of treatments to choose from with information available on the description of the treatment, duration & price. A booking process which allows a customer to select a treatment of their choice, the date & time & location of which they choose to receive their service. A customer may place a booking in as little as 2 hours before their desired appointment or up to 30 days in advance. They may book services between 8am - 9pm (7 days) a week. The booking process allows a customer to enter a payment method & confirm their booking details, before sending their booking request to one or more professionals. The customers choice of treatment, date, time, & location will filter the system for professionals who match the criteria, i.e. the professional is trained in & has listed the treatment, they are in close proximity to the customer & they are available for the date & time of which the customer has selected in their booking. A progress bar features at the top of the App when a customer starts the booking process & allows them to see their progress within their booking. Once a professional ACCEPTS a booking request by the customer, the App allows communication features between the customer & professional such as in-app chat messaging & call. It also allows the professional to access google map directions to the customers service location that they selected. Through inputs by the professional on the professionals app, the customer is able to receive notifications that the professional is 'ON THE WAY', 'ARRIVED', 'STARTED SERVICE', & 'FINISHED SERVICE'. The foof administration is also able to observe these updates through the control panel. A customer may keep track of their current & past bookings through the MY BOOKINGS tab in the menu bar. The ability to purchase beauty, hair & massage products & see their purchase history through the PRODUCTS HISTORY tab on the menu. The ability to purchase gift vouchers for a set treatment & price. The recipient receives this gift voucher via email. The app also boasts a blog, with blogs updated by foof on health & beauty topics. A NOTIFICATIONS feature which captures chat messages from the professional, any marketing or promotional information from foof, as well as booking notifications as some of the examples. A REFER A FRIEND feature which allows a customer to share their code with a friend & that friend download the App & subsequently receive a discount only off their first treatment. A SUPPORT feature found on the menu, that allows customers to access foof contact information, the customer cancellation policy, terms & conditions, privacy policy & frequently asked questions. A link to the website on the home page, that takes the customer to information about foof services for Weddings, Corporate events, & Group packages (Hens weekends, Girls nights in, Girls nights out, Engagement parties, Graduations, & Baby showers).
