How to get started 1. Get one your colleagues in your workplace to download the app & sign up! 2. When she's done, open YOUR app 3. Press the floating red + button & tap on Contacts 4. Search by Name, enter your colleague's name 5. Set her as either a supervisor, direct report or associate, the press the Add button 6. Ask her to check her contacts list 7. She should set the relationship to Supervisor, Direct Report or Associate 8. You are both linked! Now you can start sharing goals & skill appraisals
(If you sent the other party as UNDEFINED, they will not be able to give you skill appraisals)
How to give a skill appraisal?
1. Open your app 2. Press the floating red + button & tap on Appraisal 3. Swipe the list until you find your colleague 4. Now swipe to find a relevant skills (competency) 5. Then pick a suitable score 5. Describe the event in the text box 5. Tap on the Send button and you’re done!
*performance appraisal feedback is limited to 255 characters.
