This was the app the fitness app I was looking for. Simple and straight to the point. However it crashes any time I want to track my food. Please fix this and I'll recommend the app. Also wished the food tracker had a manual mode or a bar code reader. Some of the workouts don't have pictures which is useful.

Too many visuals missing. Needs a timer that can be set, paused and restarted. Needs better explanations: ie: when it suggests a weight is that the combined weight of both dumbbells or just one.

Good basic app that covers nutrition and a training plan to meet your needs. Issues are that meals cannot be backdated at the end of the week, so if you miss a meal you can't go back and add it later. Excersises are generated for you, and the volume is specific to your level and goals however the instruction is limited. No indication of how many sets or reps you should be targeting and no real sense of progression. There are no warmup or warmdowns and no mention of how to perform each rep.
