1-2. provides analysis report with SpO2/heart rate trend chart and the following parameters related to sleep apnea:
(1) lowest SpO2, (2) highest SpO2, (3) average SpO2, (4) ODI3%, (5) ODI4%, (6) CT90%, (7) overall Sleep SpO2 classification ...etc.
The report (pdf format) could be sent to user registered email address

Sleep SpO2 analysis help test the severity of oxygen saturation deficiency. It could be used for not only risk screening but also for treatment improvement tracking (e.g. CPAP, breath exercise, pillow).

1-4. analysis and recommendation
personalized analysis and recommendation based on multi-night test results and questionnaire

- HF (Parasympathetic Nervous index)
- LF/HF (Balance index)
- heart rate

2-3. provides knowledge of possible Causes, Risks and Notice for HRV scores outside suggested range
(e.g. sleep disorder, stress level, no inner balance...etc.)

---------------------------------------
3. Resonance Breath (HRV biofeedback)
---------------------------------------
3-1. provides visual Guidance for breathing exercise and biofeedback of user’s condition

‘Coherence’: synchronization of user’s breathing with App guidance;
‘Resonance’: body resonance degree with exercise breath frequency

Mostly happy with it but I often have to uninstall and reinstall because the timer is off and slows dramatically. They need to fix this glitch. Updated: I have to uninstall and install nightly to get the timer to work. Contacted them three times and no response.

The bundle price of spo2 meter and app is a little pricy. I wouldn't buy it if it wasn't recommended by my doctor. After one week experience, I think wearing meter in sleep is a little uncomfortable; however, the analysis reports and sleep notes in the app are professional and help my family test and improve sleep apnea. Worthy!

Our product is at similar price as other oximeter products focusing on sleep analysis. Besides sleep analysis, we also support HRV and Breath extra features. We are sorry for the uncomfortableness. We understand our meter isn't as comfortable as ring or wristband type. Since SpO2 measured from finger tip is more accurate, we sacrifice some comfort.

I bought this oximeter app bundle for my dad. He complained uncomfortable first, but found some tricks to wear the meter during sleep. The App is easy to use and helpful for him to care his sleep apnea. One attractive feature for me is the app allow me to remote check his result on my phone.

Thank you for using our solution. We are sorry for the uncomfortableness complaint. We think doing sleep test with oximeter at home is more comfortable and convenient than doing test at sleep center. However, we understand our meter is not as comfortable as ring or wristband type oximeter. That’s a choice and tradeoff between accuracy and comfort.
