The app seems to be working fine and has a nice UI. The rates have deeply plummeted from when I signed up just a few months ago and the current rate appears to be on the very low side compared to many current high yield savings accounts available. I'm not very pleased with that. If Forbright cannot stay competitive on the higher end at best I'll be changing banks.

Love the idea of a "green bank." The account was easy to open and link accounts/set up auto transfers, ect, and pays 5.30% at time of review. The wait times are a bit archaic,with my auto xfers taking up to 4 business days to be fully available. They do "credit" your account so you can accrue interest, though & push from places like my fidelity cma are same day. All in all, love the idea. The parks pass is an awesome perk and a little love like allys buckets, and you'd have a great product.

Forbright just dropped their APY by nearly 10% and Customer Service over the phone is non-existant (I called both numbers and gave up after a 1/2 hour, the app and website do not show Beneficiaries you've added and the link to that page incorrectly sends you to a sign up page instead. The app isn't formatted properly, either. Read the BBB reviews before signing up, because they're accurate. Being able to contact a bank is important and a deal breaker for me.
