Ratings and reviews

This app is so hit and miss. It has completely wiped out my Phone as a Key setup twice in just a few months, which is already a huge inconvenience. To make matters worse, the most recent update now prevents me from using application shortcuts for essential tasks like climate control and locking my doors. These shortcuts were working previously, but now every time I attempt to use one, the app immediately crashes. It even displays a message stating there is a bug in the app. Very frustrating.

unfortunately this no longer functions. for a number of weeks now. It doesn't start,lock or open the car. It takes over a minute to open the app and connect to the car-a look Ng time to just stare at your phone for nothing to happen. only function it has is a GPS signal. sorry but this is bad, no excuses! hopefully this is a one off update problem

it functions, for the most part and things like alarm notifications, service reminders and car warnings are useful. The latest update brought very persistent advertising notifications every time the app starts, as if Ford don't like that I have said I don't want to be contacted by email or post. I would just like to buy your car and drive it. Please fix this issue. Very annoying, if typical of Internet connected things these days.
