Great App! It would be nice to have the ability to turn on & off the heated things like: steering wheel, seats and heated mirrors \ wiper park. There's the option in the productivity screen menu for Auto but having that in the App would be awesome. I have a 22' Maverick. Also, it would be nice to have a Night Mode. Easier on the eyes in dark places.

This app is useful for anyone who owns or drives a Ford vehicle. Most Ford vehicles built in the last several years are compatible. I'm sure not all features are available for every vehicle, though. I enjoy the remote start, Phone As A Key, & status displays in the app for my F150 Lightning. I do wish, though, that I could arm the alarm & monitor security info from the app. While I can lock/unlock my truck from the app, I haven't found any alarm system feature in it.

Works well now that battery was replaced (under warranty). NOTE: If having issues connecting and it says it's because your system is off, and you have any other electronic symptoms like Sync rebooting for no reason, when shutting off the vehicle you notice Sync saying it's shutting down to conserve battery, or maybe inconsistent transmission shifting issues, have the battery charge tested (not just a handheld battery tester), or replace the battery. The electronics are very voltage sensitive!
