Ratings and reviews

An okay app but could definitely be improved. It's fine for monitoring charging and works good for remote start. But it should have the option to schedule a one-time departure. If a schedule changes, you'll have your hands full, or are just dealing with life - bouncing around to different kids activities on different days, you should be able to schedule one time, ahead of time - life changes fast, Ford. They also need to polish the galaxy watch companion and make notifications more customizable.

I originally gave this app a 2/5 because while it was working fairly well up until a couple days ago, it suddenly no longer acknowledged my car. I tried uninstalling it. Didn't work. I removed my car from the app and added it back after some frustrating hours. Once I was able to add my car again it still wouldn't connect. I finally disabled Connectivity in the settings and waited a minute, enabled Connectivity once again and the app finally found the car. So far the app works again.

Needs a lot of work. Since is all software ain't no telling if it's the car or app. Recently app freezes a lot. For example right now I left my car charging overnight and it says it's at 18% still. Many times when I approach the car it won't respond to phone as a key, I have to wait or just put my code or open the app constantly. I've cleared cache, deleted data and still no improvement. ADD-ON: I've had to put my backup startup code 3 times in 1 day. App is "optimized".
