I like having access to current mileage, fuel & tyre levels and car location on map. Remote lock/unlock nice to have, can lock it on drive if forgotten. However, service history incomplete & still relies on stamps in book. System messages odd; I had received none from a misfire then they suddenly appear when it's with mechanic. Updates to maps over wi-fi great. it's a good looking app that fails due to lack of back end data maintenance.

After removal of some features like securialert (this was helpful for me when I left my car at a valet parking in the airport and they kept unlocking the car and opening the trunk for some reason), fuel consumption also, I feel like this app is getting useless. Home page should have more info rather than just buttons to lock ou unlock the car. It should say if the that is locked or not, it's current location, fuel status at least. It has a lot of empty space. Also a dark mode would be great.

this app is rubbish. I used to work OK but was annoyingly slow. its still annoyingly slow, but they have taken some features, that I used to find useful away, Ford say its to make the app work better, it hasn't its got worse . it crashes when I try to change my preferred charging times, so I have to go out in the dark and change the setting from the car. its hopeless
