Create your account on the website before going to the app. Android users do have a menu nutton... learn how to use your phone. It's a mobile remote start, not mobile what's my car doing now. Duh you have to buy and install hardware, think they just give remote starts away for free?
Not sure what went wrong with this app. I am a long time Ford buyer and I have always hoped they would have something similar to onstar for a vehicle remote, like I have on my wife's vehicle (GMC) this does not work at all I can't even add my vehicle from the phone at least. Poor work guys!
Thank you for adding a menu button so I can get to Settings! Works well for me on my '15 Mustang. Does what it's designed to do. -1 star for the high subscription price. For that amount of $ it should do much more.
I would give it more that 3 if you could see fuel level. Temps. And more status' for your vehicle. You pay 49.99 a year. You should have more options than unlocking, locking, and starting it. Seems like it's and little pricy for the minimum put into the app
Useless app. You could at least give an explanation that you need hardware installed from the dealer and a $49 annual plan before using the app. Oh and a link to the website would also be a good idea. Fire the person who designed this garbage.
First I'm having issues getting the car to send the Singapore saying that the car has started or will not start both have great cell signal that is not the issue. Two the app is uggly and should be able to do more see inside vehicle temp see gps location of car. I recommend viper smart start over fords their car security is better with option for microwave motion detection. App is nicer and with other three vehicles never had a problem.
