Hi...any idea when I can download updates in EU?...( The maps are old and on the website still don't work when you complete the ID nr.) Ohh and how about letting EU to register on this app to. Prognostic? 2022 and stagnation is my patience name. Tanks for the response, well that's something... Problem is that from the owners this info doesn't passes to the everyday drivers 😞

Dear Dady,
Since we are serving only connectivity features in EU and they require a verification process because of security concerns, truck owners can have a registration link from Ford Trucks dealers. Also, a verified truck owner can grant you permissions. If you can specify the issues by emailing to fomobile@ford.com.tr, we'd like to help soon.
