First time 5er owner, here. Love the manual library- easy to find all of our information and I love that it's all in 1 place. The only reason I'm giving less than 5 stars: the video section won't work. It won't open anything. This is a super important category for someone that has never used these systems (especially the electronics panel) before. Definitely disappointed with that.

This is a basic copy of generalised information available on line, it does not include model specific information that is critical. The section on slide motors is incomplete, my model, 2019 Hood River Edition, doesn't have a manual slide room crank, so if the motor completely quits, you are stuck with it out. No explanation beyond a basic electrical manual override protocol that doesnt do much. Thumbs down. Manufacturer can do better!

What a bad app. I downloaded my manual & but it doesn't download a file so that I can email it to my self for future use, it instead saves it in the app. In order to find out what I did, I accidentally downloaded the wrong year & so I had 2 files w/ mystery locations. So I went to airplane mode to see how the app was finding my saved manual, & sure enough, the app now has only the 2 I downloaded. I can't figure out how to delete the one I don't want, so the whole app has to go.
