HOW IT WORKS
When a community member publishes the workout of the day to a gym or team track, followers receive a notification that a workout is available for scoring. All scheduled workouts for the tracks you follow appear on the ‘workouts’ screen. Scored workouts are comparable system wide or against track members. Kilomodo is perfect for gyms that repeat workouts as benchmarks. Kilomodo automatically detects and records progress of any repeated workout. Kilomodo is also great for following your friends’ fitness progress from anywhere around the world.
