Ratings and reviews

The content is amazing and sets the right tone for each scenario. The android app, on the other hand, needs a lot of help. Purchasing is dang near impossible, you can't scroll without it locking, and the decision trees are horrible. The best part is the Bluetooth error I receive on every phone restart indicating Forteller crashed. I mean, it's an WinAmp player for mobile. Why are you overcomplicating this with a background process?

The app itself could use some work, but the added immersion it brings to games is incredible. My family used it for the first time a week ago playing Above and Below by Redgrass Games, and I couldn't imagine playing the game without it. The voice acting is great, the added sound effects are amazing, and the music is superb. My only complaint is that they don't make it for all of my narrative heavy games. Please add more games, and I'll keep giving you money.

Pre-ordered FH way back when, and at the time the app let us download tracks. Between that time and FH's release that feature was removed, so it definitely stings preordering something then the app changing in a detrimental way. While the narration is fine, the mixing isn't the best, and no options to adjust it. Paired with this, the app isnt consistent at streaming it's tracks, needing resets at times. Downloading would avoid this as the app becomes pointless if we need to wait to play the file
