The App data is not in sync with the patient data available in Fortis. My FHID was generated and sent to my registered mobile number when I had visited Fortis. For signing up, the App should have an option of providing either Mobile number or FHID. Currently it accepts only the former and then complains that it could not find the mobile number. If I can't sign up, the App makes no sense to me, it is utterly useless.
ZERO STAR Fortis please do not waste your money in such creepy app. Developers/testers are just waste who have developed/tested this app. Though the appointment is available for the next day (booked through telephone call) this app is not showing available slots for the whole month.
This is a useless app , it doesn't even book appointments .there is no one to help even.inbtodays age fortis seems to be far behind the digital era.
This app doesn't even tell wrong user ID and password 😆 development and testing teams are worst ever done job
Every time I call, it sounds engaged and mostly remains unattended even a second after it was engaged. For the last 1.5 hours I couldn't make a successful call. Not for this time, almost in all occasions in the past I experienced the same.
