Ratings and reviews

This app is a scam, beware. They push you to open your account and deposit $250 CAD calling you multiple times a day. But after that you deposit is impossible to reach out to them, either by chat, phone or email. Also is impossible to withdraw you founds, so say goodbye to your money. This is extremely abusive and should not be legal to even exist.

The rating is zero, not one star. This company is a failure and a scam, taking a lot of money through overnight contracts (swaps) and taking large sums of money based on price differences. Also, read the contract carefully before signing, especially the swap clause; it must be cancelled completely. And most importantly, when you try to contact them, the communication is very bad; it takes two days or more for them to reply. More importantly, when you try to open a Hedig order, for fear of losi

The app is okay up until you want to withdraw. First few weeks, I was called non-stop with reps offering assistance and the deposit was reflected instantly. Now I have completed a withdrawal form almost three weeks and cant get a response, sent several emails and no one replies. As if I'm being deliberately avoided. At this point I dont care what the issue is I just want to withdraw all my funds and remove myself from this broker. Highly undependable!!
