I got this app so I could listen to French Canadian prononciations. Signing up was a challenge, neither the Google sign up nor the form seemed to with properly. Unfortunately, this app requires you to have an account to view anything. After I finally signed in, I was disappointed to find that I can't filter by geographic area. There doesn't seem to be Canadian French pronunciations, and I can't specify an area when I request a pronunciation. Not worth paying for.

Great app to practice pronunciations as I (try to) learn Portuguese on Duolingo. Worth the price for me, and decently functional. Occasionally some phrases don't work in the app. For example, fica onde estás doesn't even show up on the app (it does on the website, but it's a little buggy there too for some reason); por favor (no exclamation mark) is completely broken in the app but does show up, that works fine on the website. Also, accents are ignored (eg: bebês and bebes are together, oddly)

The application is very beneficial to me as I want to hear exactly how words of my target language are pronounced, but there is a problem - I am unable to record pronunciation in my native language to help out people. The application keeps telling me to give permissions for microphone and storage. I went to permissions of the application and gave everything it wanted, but the problem persists. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Phone pixel 7.
