The idea of the app is amazing, and it makes communication with the hotel a breeze. However I've had numerous issues. There are items available through the app that the hotel isn't able to provide. All of the links to anything deeper than then one level do not work. I can see the restaurants, but not their menus or reservations system. There is no way to look at past orders placed. The option for ordering coffee for breakfast doesn't work.
