A Weight off my mind! This certainly makes life much easier. I have not strayed from the path for 7 months and I really don't think I could have done it without this. It's so easy to fool yourself, but with a set of reliable digital scales and My Net Diary, you know exactly where you are. Apart from the calories, you know you're eating healthily.
Very good tool It's easy to use and great for keeping track of your food calories nutrients exercises water and many more. Unfortunately more is available only if you purchase for $40 a year. I would consider it if it was "one of" payment but not every year. I like the animation but I would also like some personalisation like different background or colours. But that's just picky. For a free app it's great.
Thanks! The old app hasn't been working... it would have been nice to know that a new version of the app was available! I like the new design except for how it takes you back to the main menu after each exercise log you make so if you want to make multiple logs you have to keep going back in. Other than that, it's great!
Mynetdiary Slimmers aid-2 downers for me - its american, and you have to buy into it to add any unrecorded foods you eat regularly and british foods. If all the functionality was freely open it would be near enough perfect!
Very useful Great food recording, graphs, nutrition breakdown, etc. Thousands of foods in their database, which even works offline. The only minor issue is that a few 'user supplied' food entries are incomplete (just calories, but no information about fat, saturated fat, protein, sugar etc).
Positive Results I've tried two other calorie counting apps and no changes happened in my eating habits. This app has changed my life. The graphics are very motivational for me. Only drawback is the food library isn't as thorough as other apps.
