Great help I have tried to loose weight many times but every time it ended unsuccessful. When I discovered this and read all info provided and some more related links on the Web, I started to get hope and started to use the app. Very soon I had good results and today after using it for 10 months, I lost 21 kgs. By learning to eat right and exercise right, I changed my food habits completely and so I am hopeful that I will also be able to maintain it. Keep improving the app, to make it the best!
Be aware. The app is free, but if you want to use it to maximum capacity they ask you to pay for the yearly subscription, which I did. Through the applet I was charged US$33.99 / CAN$44.58, which would be OK, if I could use the maximum service, as they promised. I am very much interested in being able to set up macros for my individual needs. The Maximum option doesn't work at that moment on the app, so they suggest to go to the website online and pay $60.00 more for the yearly subscription. In my case it would be a double payment. I placed the inquiry to the regular Support from the website yesterday and I am waiting for their response. Otherwise, the free app looks promising for the regular user.
Great Assistant for Weight Loss I enter everything I eat. Not while or shortly after eating, but I do get it all in each day. It's very easy to use. The best thing is it helps to keep me centered on my goals. I use calories like dollars, so I think not in terms of diet and calories, but in terms of shopping for the best buy. It's real and works. I needed to lose a lot and I visually see where I am. Love it and recommend for everyone who needs to lose weight. On the Pro, I link to my Garmin smart and steps, activity, are logged!

It is a great tool if you are willing to make the right choices and put in the work.
I started using this app a few weeks ago. I really like it and am super impressed with how many items i can actually scan. Even supermarket brands. I was looking for the calories of a restaurant they didnt have, i emailed them and within a week they had added the restaurants food and emailed me back to let me know. Amazing service.
I really enjoy using this app. It's so easy and you just use everyday food. Log it in and go. If you don't like what you log for your intended meal, just delete it and start over. And using the scanner for foods you can't find is awesome. Add a recipe so simple.
1. Nutrients on Dashboard: set nutrient target, tap on dashboard to see daily and weekly charts and major foods providing the nutrient.
2. Meals Totals: tap on nutrient to set target, see detailed report and display the nutrient on the dashboard.
3. Daily Analysis: tap on nutrient highlight to set target and put it on the dashboard.
