Best nutrition/fitness tracker available Second to none. Very responsive team, less than 24 hours. They update the app frequently worry bigger and better features. I have used myfitnesspal, calorie counter, noom and so on. This is a better way to keep track of your food. As a food tracker it is not a five star, it is a ten star, because it let's you build recipes and it tracks the weight of the recipe, so you know approximately the calories you consumed from the recipe. It does it more intuitively than any other.
Good overall app as a guide. It has its restrictions. I prefer this to the other major ones out there easy to use. However, I'm frustrated by the time it takes for their systems to update uploaded foods especially when I've linked the bar code so it's not like it's contributed by a user and wrong! Also the minerals and vitamins are not accurate so don't bother paying for this service as no guarantee all foods have all information contained. Shame really. Good app overall
Really great One of the absolute best things about this app is that you can use it while offline! Every other app I've used won't even start up without a wifi or data connection so this one's great and useful even when you're trying to save data.
