Fox over the air is free, this isn't. Over the net costs money. Why? Sad :( other networks don't charge for their programming over their apps. That's what the ADS are for. Don't make us pay twice.
Shows still take a day to appear, literally no point to using this app Because new episodes still take a day to be added to the app library, there's no point in using this app. At that point I would rather just use Hulu which is a much better app. Shows should show up instantly like on HBO Go. Also, your little Grease: LIVE stream in "select markets" thing was probably the stupidest instance of geo-locked bullshit I've ever seen.
Only one hour is free Unless you have a tv provider other than over the air, it's not free. It cost money for cable or satellite and not every one has it. Over the air is free tv, hence you shouldn't have to sign into anything. But it's fox, so go figure.
Every time I try to watch an episode, the loading circle hangs and it never actually plays. After uninstalling and attempting multiple shows, it finally worked on the one I wanted to watch. But then because I had uninstalled it and reinstalled it, I had to enter my TV provider in again...and it never redirected me to enter it in. I've finally given up trying to make this app work. I'm uninstalling permanently.
Less worthless Closes at the end of every episode. Makes it really difficult to watch multiple episodes. And you have to scroll down to the show and to the next episode. A binge option would be nice. But most of all if it wouldnt close completely it would be helpful.
One of the best Network Apps Viewing on a Samsung Pro Tablet. It just works super slick. I've installed others from other channels, obviously (NBC's isn't compatible with my device... do you believe it?). But FOX's app is totally cool. Excellent interface, not a lot of hoops to jump through. The measure of a good app? That it not be annoying.
