Ratings and reviews

It seems to me the app was not debugged before release. Login with Fox profile credentials, then added TV Provider causes a bogus message: "Too Many Streams; You have reached the maximum number of video streams....". This is nonsense because no one else is using TV or app. Clearing app cache and uninstall / reinstall doesn't help either. I have no choice but to stay away from the current version until we get an update.

There's a ton of problems with this app that can be easily fixed with minimal effort from a competent tech team. When you try to "Continue Watching," it starts over from the beginning more often than not. It randomly logs you off your TV provider, and if I'm not home, I can't log back in. It just stops playing videos at times, which then leads to the issue I previously stated about having to start over and sit through ads again. It only gets 2* for the few times it works. This app sucks big time! Trying to watch one rerun of Next Level Chef, and it is constantly freezing. I try to rewind or fast forward, it's still frozen. Then I go back out & retry it all over. It jumps around & usually goes back to the very beginning when I resume where I left off. After a couple of times of this cycle, it starts yelling at me that I have reached my max stream limit. Meanwhile all those ads stream just fine!
